We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Lead to assist with our quality assurance and control initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of service and product quality. The successful candidate will help oversee the quality oversight of building and servicing directional mud motors, building and servicing MWD equipment, and will be responsible for creating and implementing procedures for all aspects of the company. This role involves conducting both internal and external audits and reporting findings and improvements to the QHSE Director as well as the appropriate operational manager. The Quality lead will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and supporting our mission to provide cutting-edge drilling solutions.

Duties and Essential Functions:

• Maintain a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) that complies with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee the quality control and assurance of directional mud motor servicing and MWD equipment servicing processes to ensurecompliance with specifications and standards.
• Ensure documentation is up to date and accurate in the QMS
• Perform Risk and Opportunities analysis with the various departments at ProDirectional
• Create, review, and update procedures for all operational aspects of the company, ensuring best practices in quality management.
• Perform supplier evaluations and audits
• Conduct regular internal audits of processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and compliance with the QMS.
• Perform subcontractor evaluations and audits
• Report QMS related work regularly to QHSE Director
• Promote Quality Policy throughout company
• Promote Continual Improvement throughout company
