Over his 9-year tenure, Stephen has demonstrated a remarkable journey of growth and leadership. Beginning his career in the MWD shop, his exceptional dedication and hard work paved the way for a series of progressive leadership roles.

As an MWD Supervisor in the field, Stephen showcased his aptitude for hands-on leadership and operational expertise. His transition to the Remote Operations Center (ROC) brought immediate and impactful changes, highlighting his ability to adapt and excel in dynamic environments.

Promoted to MWD Coordinator for our vital Permian Basin operations, Stephen further proved his leadership mettle. Balancing this role with the responsibilities of Remote Operations Center Manager, he displayed exceptional skill in managing complex operations and leading teams effectively.
