Today, we want to highlight the exceptional contributions of Michael Richardson to our team since he joined us in 2017.

Mike has been an integral part of our MWD success story, thanks to his wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in the industry. His prior roles as an MWD field Supervisor, Directional Driller, and Mud Motor Analyst have laid a strong foundation for his outstanding performance at ProDirectional.

Starting as one of our Lead MWD field specialists, Mike quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming an essential member of our Remote Operations Center team during its inception. His transition into MWD coordinating showcased his skills in managing wells across all major US basins.

Recognizing his talents, Mike was appointed as our MWD Operations Manager, overseeing everything from tool inventory and maintenance to personnel management and client communication.

However, Mike’s contributions extend beyond his technical expertise. As his colleague Stephen Simmons aptly put it, “Mike Richardson infects ProDirectional with his positive energy, which he easily spreads to everyone working alongside him.”

Mike’s positive attitude, technical prowess, and ability to foster strong relationships with both colleagues and clients make him a true asset to ProDirectional.
