We are proud to shine the spotlight on one of our outstanding team members, Mike Beaver, who has been an integral part of ProDirectional for the past 5 years.

With an impressive 12 years of experience in MWD (Measurement While Drilling), Mike’s expertise is unmatched. He has not only demonstrated a deep commitment to his work but has also made significant contributions to our organization.

One of Mike’s standout achievements includes implementing Rig Verification checks for his crew, a pioneering initiative that has since become a standard practice for all our teams. His dedication to ensuring quality and precision is truly commendable.

Mike has been a driving force behind the success of our ROC (Remote Operations Center) since its launch. His process-oriented approach has played a crucial role in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency. Mike is constantly identifying process improvements and ways to make the ROC even more efficient.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Sam Houston State University, showcasing his dedication to continuous learning and growth.

Outside of the office, Mike is an avid fisherman, demonstrating his passion for the outdoors and the importance of work-life balance.
