Employee Spotlight: Antoine Fletcher

Antoine Fletcher is an invaluable asset to the ProDirectional team, and we recently celebrated his 2nd work anniversary on December 21st. 

As our Inventory Lead, Antoine plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of our inventory and cycle counting procedures. His dedication to promoting best practices in inventory management has significantly contributed to our operational excellence.

Antoine possesses a profound knowledge of our components for mud motors, and his expertise in this area has been instrumental in maintaining the quality and consistency of our products. He continually seeks ways to enhance our processes, striving for efficiency and excellence in all aspects of his work.

In addition to his outstanding contributions at ProDirectional, Antoine has a commendable background of service with the Army National Guard, where he has served for 3 years. This experience has undoubtedly instilled in him a sense of discipline, dedication, and leadership that greatly benefits our team.
