Supporting the Permian Basin and the Directional Drilling Community
Mike Elphick is a Field Technician at ProDirectional and an active member of the Permian Basin Association of Directional Drilling (PBADD). Through his involvement with PBADD, Mike plays a key role in strengthening the directional drilling community across the Permian Basin.
Each year, Mike works alongside PBADD to help bring the Basin Burnout BBQ Competition to life, a signature event dedicated to supporting America’s heroes and veterans. The event brings together industry professionals, families, and supporters to raise awareness and funds for a meaningful cause that extends far beyond the oilfield.
Building Industry Relationships Through Service and Leadership
Mike Elphick is part of ProDirectional’s Business Development team, where he helps build relationships across the directional drilling community and connect operators, partners, and service providers. His role focuses on strengthening ProDirectional’s presence in the Permian Basin and supporting long term partnerships that drive growth and collaboration across the industry.
