Employee Highlight: Joe Horman

Joe initially joined ProDirectional in 2007 as an MWD tech, showcasing his expertise and commitment to excellence. His exceptional performance led to his promotion as the MWD Tech Manager at our Casper, WY facility. Although he left Pro in 2013 to be near family in Texas.

In 2016, Joe returned to ProDirectional, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a renewed sense of commitment. Starting in the MWD purchasing department, Joe’s hard work and dedication propelled him to his current role as Procurement and Facilities Manager.

Joe approaches his job with a level of seriousness and dedication that is truly admirable. He always strives to do the best possible job in every aspect, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of work, Joe’s priority is spending quality time with his family—wife Lindsay, sons Tristan and Collin, and daughter Brynn. Whether it’s enjoying baseball with his boys, camping, or fishing, Joe cherishes every moment with his loved ones. Known for his wit, humor, and mastery of sarcasm, Joe is not only a valued colleague but also a great friend to many.
