17 Year Anniversary

Meet Marshal Willey, a key member of our sales team at ProDirectional, based in Houston.Since starting with us in February 2008, Marshal’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring.

Beginning as an MWD Technician in our shop, Marshal quickly demonstrated his expertise and leadership, earning him a promotion to MWD Purchasing Manager in 2010. His talent and dedication then propelled him to the field as a Directional Driller in 2011, and by October 2012, he advanced to Senior Directional Driller. In April 2014, Marshal transitioned to our sales team, where he has continued to excel and contribute significantly to our growth.

We are incredibly grateful for the many years of service and the diverse expertise Marshal has brought to ProDirectional. His journey through various roles within our company showcases his adaptability and deep understanding of our industry.
