At ProDirectional, we’ve been proactive in embracing innovation, especially in the rapidly evolving field of remote operations within the directional drilling industry.

Our journey began modestly with a single remote operator in Conroe, but has swiftly expanded to three teams of five ROC operators. This growth was driven by our commitment to adaptability, ensuring that our operations were tailored to meet the diverse needs of different projects.

For instance, in areas where multiple rigs were in close proximity, we have implemented unmanned locations, efficiently covered by a roving operator. This approach allowed our remote center in Conroe to focus on surveying and paperwork, streamlining field operations significantly. In contrast, for standalone rigs, a different model proved more effective, with a single on-site operator supported by our ROC team.

Ultimately, our goal remains steadfast: to deliver superior services that enhance our clients’ drilling operations.
