Employee Spotlight: Ashley Shaw

We’re proud to shine a spotlight on Ashley Shaw, our dedicated HR Assistant, who has been an essential part of our team for nearly 11 years.

As her manager, Haley Brisco had this to say: “She’s been here almost 11 years as my right-hand. She supports the HR department flawlessly and handles most of the day-to-day interactions with new hires during their onboarding to make them feel welcome. She is super organized and always willing to help with any project thrown her way. She’s able to manage the many tasks that come through our department. Great team player. Trustworthy, loyal, and dedicated to the company. I feel like there is so much more to say because I really couldn’t do my job well without her. And she brings comedic relief to a sometimes stressful job.”

Outside of work, Ashley is a dedicated wife and mother to three children. She enjoys living in the country with an assortment of pets. She’s a true geek at heart, loving all things from “Lord of the Rings,” “Star Wars,” “Star Trek,” to “Harry Potter,” and more. And she channels her creativity into making and selling hand-made, one-of-a-kind dolls and creatures.
