Taking a subject-matter expertise approach

We have a dedicated HSE team that provides leadership and guidance on all matters related to health, safety, and the environment.

Our management team is responsible for setting HSE goals and objectives, and ensuring that they are communicated, understood, and achieved at all levels of the organization.

Preparing for all outcomes

We conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate any potential hazards and risks associated with our operations.

We have established procedures for incident reporting, investigation, and analysis to prevent recurrence and improve performance.

We utilize JSAs to ensure the use of approved methods and field audits are conducted during site visits to assess practices, identify new issues, and recognize positive performance.

Expecting the best

All ProDirectional employees must complete the new hire orientation and field personnel must obtain SafeLand, equivalent IE, or SafeGulf certification before going on a job.

Training is ongoing and includes rigorous self-paced computer based training and instructor led training. The approach ensures our on-the-job and off-the-job training is effective, expansive, and comprehensive.

Our active memberships and affiliations

We maintain active memberships with ISNetworld and Veriforce (PEC) and subscribe to DISA for drug and alcohol testing, background checks, etc. Additionally, we are members in good standing of the National Safety Council, American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), and International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC).
