VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Wayne oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations in directional drilling throughout our districts, providing services in every major US basin.
Over his 35 years of professional experience, Wayne has led sales and operations teams to deliver world-class directional drilling services. His experience ranges from land operations to offshore and he has worked in the United States, North Sea, Canada, and South America.
Wayne started his career as an MWD field engineer for three years and then went on to become a lead directional driller for the next 11 years until moving into the office to begin his corporate career. In the office, he has worked as a directional drilling coordinator, sales executive, operations manager, and now as Vice President of Operations.
Wayne currently lives in Montgomery, Texas with his wife.

Daniel Stack is the Director of QHSE and Technical Services at ProDirectional, where he plays a critical role in guiding the company toward consistent quality, promoting safety, and fostering a positive work environment.
