Overview

At ProDirectional, we are sincere in our commitment to providing our employees and customers with a safe and healthy operating environment.  Having spent decades in the field, ProDirectional senior management team understands first-hand the importance of a safe job environment.  Field personnel come with decades of experience supporting them. We demonstrate our commitment to safe work practices before a candidate is even hired through mandatory pre-employment drug screening and background checks.  It continues through the initial training and orientation process, where each field employee is required to experience an OSHA 10 safety education course before they are eligible to work for our clients.  All employees also enjoy regular continuing education courses throughout their tenure with the ProDirectional.   Our on-the-job, as well as off-the job, training is second to none. We are committed to continuous improvement of our health and safety policies and procedures and implement corrective actions immediately as safety hazards are identified.

 

Through the sharing of wisdom earned from past experiences, we also help our clients and other contractors bring their employees home safely. We employ conference speakers andorganization members that help spread helpful information to keep our industry safe.

 

We have partnered with a top tier vendor to supply us with computer based training and are also a proud member of the National Safety Council.  We actively participate in ISNet World and PEC Premier consolidated safety data reporting services, and support the efforts of safety organizations such as the Greater Houston STEPS, in conjunction with OSHA, the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), and others.
